The space shuttle can reach every place on Eart in less than 30 minutes. The same time would take sending passengers to another side of Earth and send the bomber to another side on the Earth. That means that this kind of system is under development both by civil and military contractors. Unless people think the space shuttle would not create any kind of pollution if its engines use liquid oxygen and hydrogen. So that means the worst problem with those systems is the noise. But that thing can solve by using counter noise or some kind of noise tunneling system.

So that means that there could be four engine cassettes for each spacecraft and the engines can change for the material check after each flight. But there is the possibility that the body of the shuttle would equip with the X-ray system, which can follow the effect of stress on the engines. So the little holes and scratches can see immediately if the system uses real-time X-ray imaging, and that makes flight safe. Those X-ray systems can install in the structure, what is around engines.
The fast space shuttles can make Earth much smaller than ever before. But the fact is that those space shuttles are also multipurpose tools, which can make the traditional aircraft carriers and other things old fashion. The hydrogen and oxygen can produce from the water by using electrolysis, and those space shuttles can launch from little platforms or ice raft, which can make in every location by using liquid nitrogen.

The noise and pressure are the worst problems with that kind of system. But theoretically, if the noise problem can be solute that kind of space shuttle can operate from the parking lots.
There are solutions, like surrounding the noise of the rocket engines in the pressure channel that would not let the noise through it. Another solution is the counter noise, which would suppress the incoming soundwaves by sending counterwaves against them. And if those solutions are suitable that kind of spacecraft can operate also from city areas.
