More about signal from Proxima Centauri

As Astronomy viral.com says the source of that mysterious signal is probably some satellite(1). But the fact is that nobody is sure yet about the thing, what that signal is coming from. The signal remained over 40 seconds and the synthetic frequency makes that thing interesting. But the fact is that the place where that signal is coming from is a mystery. Does that single signal have some connections with the "Jade Helm" or "Blue Beam" program? And what those two projects are exactly? What kind of equipment they are using in those systems? Are they regular ECM-and ECM-counteraction projects, or is there something that people are not told about that thing?

One of the most frightening explanations for a mystery signal from Alpha Centauri or the direction of that star is made for sending the virus to the GSM-communication system. And in some of the most futuristic visions, the attacker would want to take the mobile network under control, and then make a simple phone call to every people on Earth and use this network to brainwash. But that is only the hypothesis.

We can make every kind of hypothesis about the source of this kind of thing, but without certain measurement, we cannot say anything sure about that thing. But what can be the thing that transmits that kind of signals? One of the weirdest things about that new signals from Proxima Centauri and the so-called Wow!-signal (2) is that those signals were captured only once.

And another thing is that those signals came suddenly. The natural source would repeat that signal for a while. And if the thing that makes those signals would be some kind of satellite the satellite would not transmit at once either. So what that signal could be if it is manmade?

Is the signal coming from some sleeping intelligence or communication satellite that purpose is to make sure that the communication will secure in wartime, that signal can be the satellite data transmission, where it tells that its systems are running fine? But without evidence everything is open, and there is the possibility that the signal source is not manmade. And in that case, we should seriously think about what kind of purpose those radio signals have. Are they send in purpose to us, or is the transmission happen accidentally.
