Etruscans and Lucius Cornelius Sulla
When we are talking about Etruscans, we are thinking one of the most unique high-cultures in history. Romans hate those people, and when we are talking about the case, where Lucius Cornelius Sulla started to persecute Etruscans, the truth is that this word might mean only the people, who Romans thought as their enemies. When we are remembering the tale of the establishers of the Rome, Romulus, and Remus defeated the brutal Etruscan king, and that means that Romans hate Etruscans.
But that word might mean the people, who were the enemies of Rome rather than the original Etruscans. Because Etruscans were unique high-culture, they were the good target for agitators, and when Sulla rose in power of Rome, the Etruscans had lost their power, and the reason why Sulla started an offensive against those people was that they were different than him.
The strong role of women in the Etruscan society was like a red coat for the Romans, whose society was very patriarchal. And that thing gave a very good weapon to the hands of agitators, who flattered the males of the society. Their argument was that the place of women is at home, and that was one thing, what Sulla used in his propaganda during persecutions.
Were Saint Joseph and Mary actually descendants of refugees from Rome, who fled the persecutions of Lucius Cornelius Sulla?
The Christmas tale about Saint Joseph and Mary from the 2000 year ago is remaining in the minds of the entire Christian world. And there is one reason, why they would not have the room in the city of Bethlehem. That reason would be that they were actually foreigners, and somehow I have thought that were they the descendants of the people, who fled the persecutions, what were ordered by Lucius Cornelius Sulla? That thing could explain also the execution of Jesus Christ in the first Eastern.
But who were people, who were persecuted by Sulla? That consul started the war campaign against Etruscans and that was the reason for those persecutions and mass murders, what was ordered by Sulla. The thing about Etruscans was that they were the class of people in Rome, and they were very well known about their teeth prosthesis.
But for some reason, Sulla and people, who were standing behind him hated those people, and they wanted to kill the Etruscans. When we are thinking about the Sulla and the person, who was succeeded by Gaius Julius Caesar, we must remember, that when Sulla arrested the people, there is a change that people who made those teeth prosthesis were somewhere else than the person who sold that thing, and maybe Sulla ever found those people.
Here comes again the word "maybe". And maybe Caesar was looking for them during his war campaigns because Romans believed that some of those persecuted people were able to flee from the other lands. But this is of course only the thing, what comes straight from the imagination.
