Could the hum be some kind of resonance effect?

1. The hum might cause death

Could the mystic sound "the hum" caused because the sound of the underwater volcano impact to the flying bird or fish, and then the bones of that animal start to resonate, what will send the dangerous sound waves through the air. That means that this resonance would cause the bones of humans are starting to resonate.

That effect can be really painful because it will break the bones. There are rumors that during the laser tests the birds are accidentally fly in the infrared laser ray, and that is caused the explosion, where the bones of that poor animal send the pressure strike, what will cause breaking the bones of the persons, who have been in the test area. That thing would be a really devastating thing because if this happens in the city area, many people can get injuries.

2. Is the reason for this strange sound the resonance?

The resonance can break the entire building, and this is visible in the cities, where resonance has been caused damages on the walls. That thing happens, when the sound waves are transferring to the concrete, what is used at the tunnels, and then the foundation of the houses, and make bricks to the walls. The thing in the resonance is that it should not be caused by the extremely loud noise. The quiet noise is enough to break even the strongest structures.

And there is a possibility to create things, what are the most destructive on the Earth. When we are thinking cases, where the lightning or some noise would hit the bird or some other animal, there is a possibility that the bones of that animal start to send the sound, what can hurt people and other animals. And as I wrote at the beginning of this writing, the reason for "the hum" could this thing.
