The idea is that to the enemies is targeted high-power radio waves, what would replace own electric functions in the neurons of targeted person. And that kind of systems is very dangerous if they are in the wrong way.

This radio transmitting of systems can installed in every structure or vehicle, what is found on the Earth, and one of the most fascinating ideas of the use of that kind of system is to create the electromagnetic transmitter, what will make enemies to land their aircraft to the wrong military base or force them to shoot others.
