There are two ways to make stealth technology. One is to make the shape to aircraft, what will scatter the radar echoes. Another way is to make the body of the aircraft magnetic by using the opposite polarity of electricity, that it would not let the echoes of radar away from the structure.

There is another way to play with electromagnetism, and that is the system, which gives synthetic echo to the radar. That echo would make the aircraft seem bigger than it really is. This technology could be used in decoy drones, what mission is to addict enemy fighters in the wrong location.

The electromagnetic stealth would be a very dangerous tool.

By using this kind of systems is possible to create the situation, that when two cruise missile groups attack, another would use the system, what gives an extremely bright echo, and another would be the stealth, what means that the defense fighters could go into the wrong location. This kind of things can make the systems, which causes horrifying destruction.

Or the fighter can play bomber, what might make the nasty surprise for incoming fighters. When we sometimes see the strange cloud forms in the skies, we might think that the stealth system, what uses an electromagnetic vortex to create the aircraft, what would not give echo to the radar or gives extremely high power synthetic echo would cause those strange cloud forms, which sometimes looks like the well-known jet planes like Panavia Tornado  or Tu-22M "Backfire".
