Lasers are multi-use systems, and the same lasers can use as lidars (laser radars) communication and information transmitters. But lasers can be used as weapons. And that makes them very attractive tools for both civil and military fields.

Laser communication tools are multi-use systems. If we are making space probes, what are using communication lasers. They can use the same system as a laser scanner, which scans the surfaces of asteroids, and at the same time, this kind of system can make the spectroscopic research because the laser will boil the materials from asteroids surface. And that material cloud can scan by using a spectroscope.

Military forces are interesting as laser communication tools because the same lasers can use as the laser weapon. The new laser weapons are just cutting the wings off the incoming aircraft or if their power is enough the heat expansion detonates the target. The same laser can also use as the lidar-system. The lidar-system can make it easier to detect stealth aircraft. And when the system detects the aircraft it can use the high-energetic mode. The lidar is the laser that is giving the large shaft. When the lens is taking off the front of the laser, the lidar would turn to the normal laser. The lidar system can also use to communicate with multiple users of the same area.

So if the laser has the power adjuster, the low power mode can be used as the communication and the high-energetic mode can use as a laser weapon. Laser communication tools are offering very big data security, and if the laser-ray which transmits data is traveling in hollow laser-ray that thing is covering data from outsiders.

Storing data to photons is very simple to make in theory. The photon must just position at the front of the certain photoelectric cell, and the photoelectric cell will give the value zero and one to the data. Diagram one shows how this thing can be made. We can store very much data to optic mass-memories, but if we want to make a portable USB-memory, that stores data in the form of photons, that thing will revolutionize the data security.

When the mirror is turning away from the photoelectric cell that gives a certain value for the bits. And that thing allows the store data in the things like photon USB. The photon-USB will be the pocket size data storage, where the data is stored in the form of laser-rays. Those laser-rays are jumping between mirrors.

The system will increase the power of laser ray by pumping the energy into it by using the low-energetic laser rays. That kind of data storage is hard to break because the laser-ray can travel in the tube or other laser ray, which will cover the data from outsiders. If somebody tries to open that data storage without permission, that will make the laser ray vanish, and data is vanishing at that moment.

Intelligent rounds are making guns more lethal than ever before

The PGF (Precision guided firearms) is the newest military technology in the world. The new integrated circuit technology along with the fast programming ability are turning even the rifle and pistol caliber ammunition into smart guided projectiles. And that will increase the firepower and accuracy of weapons.

Things like small guided ammunition are giving the new power for the anti-aircraft guns, and that kind of thing is making increasing the effectiveness of anti-aircraft and other kinds of systems. The intelligent weapon systems can operate along with drones and manned systems, which are pointing the targets to intelligent weapons.

The new type of "fire and forget ammunition can revolutionize the battlefield. It can use also in rifles, cannons, and aircraft cannons.

The "Tracking point" rifles are basing technology where the computer would launch the rifle and aim the bullet to target by using the laser-pointer. But it's possible to make the more advanced systems, where the rifle would input the target data to the ammunition. Which allows that the ammunition to act as the "fire and forget"mode.

The fire and forget bullet can use the miniaturized TV- or infrared camera. When the operator will point the rifle to the target, the system takes an image of it. And then that image will load to the miniaturized computer of the bullet. That allows it to fly to the target without using laser-aiming. That image can also be taken by every other digital camera and drive to the computer's memory by using remote systems. And that will guarantee the hit to target.

The smart ammunition can load to the M-61 "Vulcan" Gatling gun, which gives that cannon higher accuracy, and in some visions the 30 mm. gun ammunition of the GAU-8 "Avenger" can equip with intelligent technology. That is used in the "Tracking point" systems, which can use the automatized launch, aiming, and tracking systems along with the intelligent ammunition.

Researchers are introducing an idea about a giant manned satellite orbiting asteroid Ceres.

The space station orbiting the Sun at asteroid belt is one of the most interesting ideas that ever introduced. The asteroid Ceres is one of the most promising locations for that kind of system. Under the ice core of that asteroid is the ocean. And that ocean can benefit as the water supply for the crew. The water is necessary for food-producing and the algae tanks will make the oxygen for that space station.

Creating this kind of space station is not so difficult as we believe. We can send the giant "space airship", which is the blown structure to the asteroid belt. And when that space station is at its location the mylar structure can cover by using the similar material that is used in space suits. The material can send to the asteroid belt in the form of bricks. When the pressurized balloon structure that is made by mylar is filled with gas, that structure will cover by using those bricks.

But when we are thinking the use Ceres itself as the space station. We could simply create the space station in the ocean of Ceres. That thing would give the possibility to solve the pressure problems, and the astronauts can swim in the ocean of that asteroid. That is one of the most fascinating ideas in the field of benefiting the asteroids as the economically scientifically and sadly saying military purposes.

Is Solar Warden another reported name for Project MOL. Is it true or is it fiction?

Can the BLC-1 signal have some connection with the mysterious "Solar Warden"? In that case, it could be the control signal for some robots that are working with some experimental space structures. Or maybe those hypothetical robots are used to test the abilities of artificial intelligence.

There is the possibility that "Solar Warden is like USAF "Project MOL" (Manned Orbital Laboratory) or another name for "Project MOL". That means that the "Solar Warden" could be the "study project" theoretical research project, whose mission is to investigate the possibility for create a stable space station.

The BLC-1 signal from Proxima Centauri has caused discussions about the existence of alien intelligence. The source of that signal might be stealth-satellite as I wrote recently. But theoretically, the signal may be coming from the mysterious "Solar Warden". The "secret space fleet" of the Pentagon. I think that the size of the "Solar Warden" spacecraft is not very large. It might be the stealth version of some famous drone space shuttles like X-37B. So is some astronaut spoken to mobile telephone? Or is it a signal for some robot workers, who are operating in some area?

The fact is that the space station is not necessary very big. It simply means satellite what is staying space a long time. The satellite can have a biocapsule, which is remotely controlled, and that thing means that miniature shuttles like X-37B can use as the platform in this kind of mission. The cargo bay of that shuttle can equip with capsules. Those are using to test the bio support systems.

But things like asteroid bombardment are in the fresh memory of the researchers. The asteroid can mean quite a small object like concrete profiles. The system is very simple. The rocket engines will connect to the asteroid, and they will ignite. Sometimes there is introducing an idea that the Discovery satellites bio-capsule would simply fill by using stones, and then the system will send it to the target.

How to make quantum computers control robots or interact with regular computers?

How to make quantum computer control robots? There are problems with quantum computers that it cannot yet control robots alone. But if data input and output through the regular or binary computer layers, what is using a 0,1-bit system. That system allows that the regular or existing data networks can use for controlling robots. So the data will send to the quantum computer and back as image II (Image II) shows.

The idea is simple, the input of data will make to a regular computer. Then the regular computer would send to the quantum computer. And then that data would deliver back to the normal binary computer. The binary computer would control the things like radio transmitters and other kinds of stuff for controlling robots or using some other remote-control systems. The binary computers can be the same system, or they can be different systems. Those traditional computers are interacting with the quantum computer through the data network. And that allows this system controls the robots, drones, traffic lights, and many other things.

How data travel between regular and quantum systems?

Using positive and negative ions would be possible to make the quantum wire, what stays in its forms. If researchers would want to use the tiniest natural particles, that means that those people could connect the protons in one linear structure by using electrons as the glue. But the problem is how to make the atom line stay stable in that distance? The length of the line of the chained hydrogen atoms is theoretically unlimited, but how to make those structures stay in form?

But one of the most fascinating ideas is to use metallic quantum gas for making the extremely large antennas. In that system, the metallic atoms are delivered to space, and then that quantum layer of atoms is created by using the electromagnetic fields

Theoretically, this kind of antenna might not have a limit. The satellite would deliver that antenna or layer of metallic atoms to space. And when the antenna is not needed anymore those atoms can pull inside the chamber of the satellite. That kind of system would revolutionize reconnaissance satellites and radio astronomy.

Are we ready to flying cars?

We are responsible species, where we are using technology, what we are developing. If we are thinking about the movie Blade Runner, there is the possibility that the things like Flying Cars, which are the low-price VTOL-aircraft, which can drive like cars and fly like helicopters can use as a fast transportation system. But the same systems can also arm with missiles and electric cannons, which makes them very lethal lightweight military systems.

The flying cars can use electric engines and the electricity to the system can make by using the hydrogen fuel-cells or the batteries can load remotely by using maser systems. The blowers would make the flying low-noise, and the "flying car" can operate as well as the road vehicle or flying machine. The flying car is a good example of how the will to make solutions depend on the system's purpose.

The flying car could be the next-generation rescue and all-terrain system, which can pass the barriers by flying over them. But it can also use as a law-enforcement and tactical military system. The flying car can drop tac-team on the roof. And that kind of systems can be equipped with lightweight Air-to-Air and anti-tank missiles, and Gatling-machine guns.

But is a thing like artificial intelligence take us to destruction?

This is an interesting question. And the thing is that technology is opening a new type of road to the wellness of mankind. But it also offers new solutions for forcing the people to support the power. And destroying the privacy of everything. The brave new world is the thing that is the purpose of the development of technology.

The new type of artificial intelligence-based systems is the thing that would also give the possibility to the new kind of control of the environment. And in some dystopia descriptions, the system is controlling people, and if they are saying one wrong world that can cause that the LRAD-system would turn to that person, and send the ultrasound to that person.

So that thing is possible even using today's technology. The streets must equip with microphones, and surveillance cameras, what is equipped with that acoustic weapon, what mission is to "teach" people that if they are saying one wrong word, the punishment is pain.

But technology is also offering a chance to make good. The sharply controlled drones that are using artificial intelligence can make also very complicated medical operations. And that thing could save human lives in areas that are a long way from the cities. Artificial intelligence-based teaching environment, what is looking like virtual classrooms can keep hinterland healthy. But the same systems can use to make assassination missions.

This is one way to think about technology. The fact is that the things like aircraft, nuclear weapons, and other kinds of weapons are not seemed to disturb anybody when they were developing. But the only thing that has caused the discussion is the artificial intelligence and robotics. What we are afraid of? Are we afraid that artificial intelligence starts a rebellion, or are we afraid that we are losing the low-paid mechanical jobs? That is an interesting question.

Then we are facing the most vital question about artificial intelligence, and that is what if our system would turn more intelligent than we are? Should we connect that system immediately to the internet and give it the nuclear weapon launching codes? Or are we afraid that artificial intelligence tells what we should do with this planet? But one of the most interesting answers to the question, why we are afraid of artificial intelligence is? That we don't want to hear what kind of species we are?

One of the most interesting thoughts what artificial intelligence causes are that what if all mechanical work would transfer to robots? What would the leader of the company look like if that person tells been the superiority of 10 000 robots? Would that thing look the same with being the superior of the 10 000 human workers? If that thing would come true, there would be no jobs for the average level of people in the hierarchy of the firm. There could be a couple of human bosses, and then the rest of the workers are robots.

There are many things that the BLC-1 signal could be.

Also, aliens could send probes. Astronomers believe that the exoplanet of Proxima Centauri cannot be the source of a strange BLC-1 signal, and the reason is that is locked super-earth. We must realize one thing when we are thinking possibilities of the sender of the mysterious signal.

The source of the signal could be an unmanned probe. That probe could be alien-made or manmade that means the receiver of the signal could be the extraterrestrial civilization or some secretive military base. But the fact is that the thing is that BLC-1 remains a mystery. Even the sender is a probe, which is not sure. That doesn't necessarily mean that the sender is on the planet of Proxima Centauri.

The definition of the location of the sender of the signal is hard is that for that purpose researchers should know the power of the transmitter. Without that information, the definition of the source of the radio signals must make by using triangular metering. And for that thing, the systems must be stand-by when the signal is coming.

The thing that makes that signal very interesting is that the transmitter is using the synthetic frequency. And that happens only once. That means that things like quasars are very marginal reasons for that kind of signal. But is it possible that the quasar is rotating oppositely, and that is the reason why the radio signal is heard only once?

Could the sender of that signal some reconnaissance or possible killer satellite?

So there is the possibility that the signal is sent by some reconnaissance satellite by using the maser system. The maser radiation is like laser and that means the radiation ray would be very thin. That makes eavesdropping of that signal very difficult. And maybe the sender was searching the ground station or relay satellite.

In that process, the system sends the signal until the system will send an echo to the satellite. Or maybe that thing is the radar-signal that is sent by the high-resolution radar. The mission of those high-resolution maser-radars is to find something that is hidden in the ground. And there is the possibility that the system is calibrating by targeting it to separate places.

The maser or radio band coherent radar can also use as a micro- or EMP wave weapon. If the force of the system is high enough the EMP-weapon would destroy the drones from airborne by burning their computers and other electric components. The microwave systems can detonate ammunition and fuel dumps but if they are powerful enough that means that those systems can melt the electric cables.

The BLC-1 is a mystery and sometimes I have thought that could that signal come from the mysterious "solar warden". Is it some kind of control signal of the robots or is it something more exotic and exciting than we ever thought? Could some astronauts use the mobile telephone in their spacewalk? Or is that signal only from the stealth satellite?

Scientists are investigating the spiritualists' mediums and their "ability to hear or see dead".

While researchers are researching, they should not close any doors before they make the conclusions. The spiritual mediums are under research by scientists, and the fact is that the judgments can give when the research is done(1).

But without research, we can offer the only hoax or "I feel like" type of fact. We know that spiritual mediums (2) are solved crimes, and maybe we want to know what is the reason why spiritual mediums are different. And why they can "talk with spirits"? When mediums are telling that they see "dead" they do not mention what they see?

Are they seeing the single dead person or group of dead persons or what is the thing that they are exactly seeing? Are they see the people who are dead because of crimes? Or are they seeing also people who died because of natural reasons? Or what is "dead" what they are seeing? This is the question, what we should find out. When we are trying to solve the mystery of ghosts.

Are the reports of ghosts some kind of flashbacks? Are ghosts the result that some part of the nervous system is acting somehow different than the rest of our nerves and like talking to us? And could that mean that in the nervous system of some people could live the independent intelligent creature?

Or can the nervous system of some people receive electromagnetic radiation from somewhere? If the radio impulse causes the electromagnetic resonance, that thing can project things in the mind of people. So could the magnetite crystals in brains cause that some other people observe their environment differently? (3). Could some people have magnetite crystals in brains that cause the nervous system to overreacts to magnetic fields?

Or are ghosts creatures, what are living in the other dimension? If parallel universes exist, could there live some intelligent creatures?

Do you know why some people believing ghosts and spiritual mediums? The reason for that is the "Parallel Universe-theory". That theory claims that there is another universe in other dimensions. And that means there could be creatures, that are invisible to us. The interaction between universes that are in another dimension would be possible only through the energy channels. Those energy channels are known as wormholes.

The Parallel Universe theory (4) is a very similar theory to "Multiverse theory". But in Parallel Universe theory, other universes are in other dimensions. That means in the place of Earth in some other dimension could be "another Earth". That is different than our own and creatures that might live in that another dimension might be different to us. So the exciting idea is that "what if somebody can communicate with the hypothetical aliens in another dimension".

If wormholes have existed, the universe would be full of wormholes that interaction is minimum. Because most of those wormholes or energy bridges are smaller than quarks. But the wormhole or particles that are near the wormhole, would have the ability to store the electromagnetic radiation in the precise form, where it is captured. So how does this phenomenon conduct with the spiritual mediums?

There is one really interesting theory that the nervous system of some people can interact with the particles. That is stored the data that is stored in the particles that are orbiting the small diameter wormhole. But as we know this kind of scientific explanation is theories. We know that some mediums are solved crimes. And that thing makes this thing a very interesting phenomenon.

And the purpose of scientists is what is the reason. That somebody can see those things like where the murderer buried the bodies of the crime victims. That means those spiritual things should investigate more than researchers made before.
