Below this text is the video, what is created by the YLE. The thing is that by using actor and image manipulation this kind of fakes, like the president of Finland is requesting the third season. This kind of deep fakes are really difficult to separate from the real videos, and that's why they are effective tools for destroying the reputation of some people. Image manipulation, what is used in the satellite images might cause even the war. And here I must ask, were some of the satellite images, what justified the attack to Iraq manipulated?

This kind of things are causing that we cannot trust anymore even the moving picture, and this is one thing, what we must realize before we are starting things like political activism. The thing in deep fake is that the person, who is targeted for this kind of things doesn't even need to know this kind of manipulation.

And this makes things like deep fake and artificial intelligence more dangerous than ever before. When we are thinking about deep fake, the person who is in those films might not even exist. Or that person might be imprisoned and the image manipulators are giving the information, that the person is free to make the decisions.

When we are thinking about risks of image manipulation, we must realize that when somebody is making the pro-grade, the image manipulators might fake the sources. When the work is released for supervision, the sources might be chanced on the hard disk, and that would make possible to declare that dissertation.

This is one way to make this kind of "jokes" when some scientists are going to fake, when the images, what they are showing are uncovered by made by some kind of image manipulation program. Those things are really funny when they are showing in the public media. But they are not funny when those things happen for some person, who must make the thesis again.

Maybe in every picture, what is taken in the army, would put the SS-insignia, which makes them look like "funny". But when this kind of jokes is going too far, somebody should stop that kind of things. When we are thinking about image manipulation, there is a possibility, that in the images, what are taken by using the recon satellite could be manipulated.

I mentioned at the beginning of this text the possibility, that the images, what are taken by recon satellites could be manipulated. And that would cause terrifying things if the decisions of the use of force would be made by using manipulated images.

That image manipulation might cause even the war if there would increase the missiles and tanks in those images. When we are thinking the famous image of the "red lake" in Iraq, the red color might be caused by the legionella bacteria, and there was probably no blood in that water. But that kind of images justifies the use of force in that kind of places. So if the images have been manipulated, the innocent people would get punishments.

If we are using so-called white noise in some space, we would deny people to remember things, what is not mentioned to other people. This gives better privacy in public places, where people might act somehow striking. And if that kind of things is told to some other people that would cause an embarrassing situation in the shopping centers and other places.

When people are curious, they are making things like eavesdropping or rather saying follow the discussions of people, who are sitting next to them. This kind of things are including the cases, where family members are "accidentally" looking the emails of their spouses or children, and why not parents letters or emails are not opened by children if they have opportunity to do that thing.

There are many things, which makes unprotected mobile devices very big risk, and the biggest risk is equipment, which involves information on how to access also in the emails and operating accounts of other persons. The mistake what would be done is leave the unprotected mobile telephone, where is the password handling software on the sofa, and there is the note, where is the pin code of this software. That allows people to close or "moderate" also other accounts. And here is one thing, what people never mention.

That thing is that if the person doesn't understand, what something means, that would cause that the telephone, where is the many passwords can go to wrong hands. One of this kind of examples is handicapped people, who might give the moderation telephone for the wrong person by accident because that person believes that some cleaner or janitor is a police officer. One of the problems with that kind of controlling software is that the if person opens things like email by using this software, and simply forgets the computer open.

That case allows that every person can read those emails by using the same computer, what that person has done. It is suspicious that somebody has at least tried to focus on people the high power white noise, that they simply would forget their passwords, and that would cause that they must open the file or find the paper from the pocket. That noise can target to the person by using the LRAD system, and that can also be used to give commands for people. That system can install to the drone and the person who is targeted for this system would simultaneously be repeating order other to give passwords to the people, who would call by telephone to those offices. Or if this kind of systems is in hands of criminals they can order people to buy things, or even agitate them to do something, what they don't want even to think to do.

Computer programs and systems that are created for the astronomical purposes can benefit in the many other areas like satellite-based mapping systems, where the data, what is collected from ground, aircraft, drones, and satellites can be connected as the giant map entirety. And maybe this image, what is taken is the opening road to the next generation techniques, what might bring us the living film of the activities of the things, what is happening near the supermassive black hole.

The thing is similar to what was seen in the images, what are taken from the cosmic background radiation, the first images of that so-called three-kelvin radiation were the opening road to the observations, what has brought one of the most incredible mysteries in the universe. Many problems in modern society are coming from the 1970s when most of the so-called concrete suburbs were built. In that time the planners of the hoods created an idea that people wanted to go home to sleep when they were going home after work, and weekends they spent in the countryside. So in the 1970s, the plans were that people come from the countryside for working to cities for earning money, and when their parents retired those people moved back to the countryside and continued their parents work.

So in that time, there was the only couple of activities in the hoods. There was, of course, pub and other activities were food market. That kind of things brought youngsters to the streets and the youngsters who spent their time while hanging in shopping centers were from the families, where were social problems with the narcotics or alcohol, and this kind of things brought a thing, what is known as social politics in the mind of people.

There were only a little number of youngsters when we are looking at the entirety, who spent their time sniffing the glue and causing troubles, but those youngsters were a very visible part of the society. And of course, they offered work for police what were needed to handle those youngsters, when they caused problems. The problem was the loss of positive activities.

When people realize that the major problem, in that case, there was made community centers for youngsters. But sometimes those places were broken, and the reason was that there were a small group of people, who wanted that the youngsters were hanging in the shopping centers. Those people were drug dealers, who saw those people as potential customers.

So, if the youngsters meet together in some other places like shopping centers, they lose their customers. And that kind of people wants that everybody is hanging at the shopping centers and go to the prisons. But when people are planning how those The problem is that targeting the money and resources in the social developing programs is always compromise. There are two lines in that kind of things.

The people who are believing that the money for social work must be targeted to the masses because they would get the best benefit. Those people believe that there is needed the skateboard ramps and other kinds of things, and that kind of things are working if the youngster has no problems yet. The prevention is in the main role in those cases, and most of the youngsters are not needed for special therapies.

But the common versions of that kind of social policies are not working with youngsters, who have problems and bad feeling. And this is the reason, why hybrid models of social politics are needed, and most of the youngsters are not needed special therapies.

The common models can be used to uncover the persons, who are needed therapy. There is one point in therapies, which are targeted to the individuals. People must realize that therapies are effective only if the patient or customer follows the rules, and also medicals are ineffective if the person uses drugs or lots of alcohol during that time, and there is also a thing, that punishments must be things, what are afraid people for making crimes. But the social politics are the best way to prevent problems, which causes millions of Euros bills for society each year in the form of washing houses and course prisons are not a cheap thing.

The problem with modeling the real world by using mathematics is that creating formulas, which allows making the calculations what are creating series, where is probably millions of different calculations possible. When we are thinking the behavior of the gas molecules, and try to make formulas, what is calculating the probability of the mankind behavior we are close to creating the psychohistory. The method of predicting the future is to compare the things, what happened in the past to the things, what is happening now.

The thing in terrorism is that it has been covered in some mountains before the high-profile attacks against the western world.

The war against terrorism is a very good example, how one unexpected thing cut the road, what was predicted. The reason, why Saddam Hussein was involved in the conflict is that he broke the human rights openly, and then gave support for that attack. There are things in international politics what are not tolerated. And one thing is to support terrorists. Libyan leader Quaddafi was another person, who miscalculated the tolerance of the international community.

The rumors about living Quaddaffi might be released for psychological warfare, but the evidence, what is given about this case is the body, what lay on the dirty mattress, and in the pictures were no bullet holes. As I have written before artificial intelligence is a perfect tool for handling big entireties. That makes it a perfect thing to control new kind of nano- or miniature machines. Those machines can be the next-generation weapons and the difference between miniature robots and nerve gasses is that even if the person has a protective suit, those machines can wait until the mask is removed, and then slip in the body of the combatant.

When the intelligence officer sees the suspected target, the robot would be sent to take the sample. But maybe in future, the Laser-spectrometers can be used to take the DNA samples remotely, and those systems are using the same technology, what is created to recognize the genetic illnesses. The system would shoot laser-ray through the breath, and analyze the elements, what are found in there. And then the robot would send to make sure that the target is who wanted to be eliminated.

The recognition of the target would happen by DNA test, what could be done, that first the nano-sized mosquito-looking robot would take. Those robots can take the only couple of cells from the skin of the target. Then the robot would fly to the field laboratory, what can be in the pod of the helicopter, and then the sample might be analyzed by using remote control.

At the same time, when the system is taking the sample, it would put the small RFID chip to the skin of the target, and then the operator must only know the number of RFID, what is in each person, where the sample is taken. And then the system would tell that "number 9" is the person. Then another robot would inject the egg, where is the parasite or some bacteria. In some scenarios, those robots can use poison, which activates the programmed death of the cells in the target's body.

They could be the same worm-looking robots, which are created for brain surgery, and those machines can destroy only centers, what are controlling the own will of the person. So they leave the combatant looking like just fine, and the problem is that every single movement must be commanded to that person. That means that those machines are making the lobotomy for the combatant.

Difference between that kind of systems is that they can destroy the certain cell line. This makes those machines more dangerous than any weapon system before that. When we are thinking about the nano-size robots, what is created for research the human body, we are forgotten that the same machines can bring the new kind of biological weapons like parasite worms in the body of targeted persons.

Measles is deadly parasite worms and the emperor of Rome, Sulla has suspected to died because of those small worms, which causes the horrifying death if they are eaten accidentally. The new kind of robots can slip those eggs in the food of the enemy. This kind of parasites are deadly in all the cases, but normally that kind of parasites are transferring to the human body from the poisoned flesh.

So what is the infected person is vegan? The thing what makes that kind of diseases more deadly would be that the doctors would not suspect those things. And the nanomachines allows delivering that kind of organisms with the new kind of force. The nano-size robot mosquitos can put those eggs inside the body of the target, and this makes those worms very deadly. The big-size parasites have not been used in military actions on large scale, because they are hard to deliver.

But the new type of miniature robots is making delivering those organisms very effectively. The thing of the parasitoid worm is that those worms are not normally transferred from one person to another. And that kind of things is making weapons more effective and horrifying than ever before.

5G is the most incredible and advancing method to transmit the information, and that is the ultimate tool for mobile data systems, and things like mobile games for laptops and tablets. 5G guarantees seamless communication between the mobile hardware and server, which allows it to control the characters on the screen nicely and comfortable.

That thing is necessary because in the modern mobile systems the data processing happens in a server, what might be thousands of kilometers away from the laptop or tablet computer, what is using the solutions over the Internet. The thing is that the system would need an extremely powerful and fast data connection because of the processors of the mobile systems are not so powerful.

Selection of the processor is always a compromise, and that thing is highlighted in the mobile systems. The powerful microprocessors are using lots of power, and that would give limits of the use the batteries. The slow or limited processors would use less power than the very powerful processors.

The handling the bits must be happening somewhere, and that's why the creators of the PHP (Preprocessed Hyper Protocol) programming language created an idea that the processing of data happens at the server, what would make the mobile system need lighter processors than what is needed in the case, that mobile system is processing the data itself. The server, what runs the program would handle the processing, and then send the solution to the mobile device. And that thing is of course well known.

But the thing is that those 5G communication systems are needed also for adjusting systems, which are meant for controlling machines around the world. Also, that system allows wireless communication between surveillance cameras and servers. Those things are very well known things, what people would do with 5G networks.  But there is the dark side of those super fast communication lines.

When the Russian military is building the new bases in the Franz Josef Land, that base would need the extremely good safety and surveillance systems, that the service in those bases would be safe. And that's why those bases need fast and sophisticated communication systems. Those systems would send the data of actions in those bases and it's speculated laboratories straight to command center.

What is done in those bases is a mystery, and maybe there is some kind of testing of the winter equipment in that arctic bases, but there must be wild rumors about the use of those bases. And anyway the laboratories are needed for controlling the heath of the personnel because of infections or epidemics like the flue. That thing is that the same high-speed communication systems would be needed also for controlling drones and other weapon systems.

Those very advanced weapon systems like modern radars and anti-aircraft systems as well as combat robots would need the highly secure, superfast wireless communication between the weapons themselves and command centers. In those solutions, the crew sits away from the radars and missile batteries, and they will remote control those weapons.

Even the missile battery is under attack those men would stay alive and the command system operational. The thing is that the killer-drones can be controlled also from the general's own office, and also if the control is in the mobile system, even the corner table of the cafeteria would act as the undercover operator station of the killer drones.
