Women and children are problematic actors in the field of terrorism because they are collecting sympathies, and many people who are operating in the practical operational level or field operators are feeling bad when they must return those persons back to their homelands. The men are easier for those operators, and this is a problematic thing because the man, who stands with an assault rifle against children doesn't look good in the home.

The human mind built for feeling sympathy for children, and even in the war zone, that kind of actions, where children are dying is justified as the inhumane actions. Also violating women is an absolutely intolerable thing in western culture because our legislation is made for protecting the weaker. The thing is that propaganda and adults are growing children, who are hating western culture.

Or otherwise, the person would grow in the environment, where is learned to hate somebody, who comes from the foreign lands. And of course, we can say, that hate as the "critical attitude". The problem with the modern western world is that we are always facing things, what we cannot handle. The persons in the television or the candidates of the parliament are promising easy solutions. And one of them is the war against terrorism.

The problem in the war is that thing grows people to violence, and that means that the next generation would be more and more radical than the last one. Even if we are acting like robots, the human mind is built for protecting our species. And that means the mentally healthy person automatically feels sympathy for children and women.

The thing in the field operation level is that the persons, who are operating in the area, would face the ethic and moral problems if they are facing the children, even if they are armed. In the field, many things seem a little bit different than in some house of parliament. And the traumas or things, what they have seen and done, what those persons see there are following those men and women the rest of their life.

The Chernobyl nuclear accident happened on August 25-26 1986 at 1.23 am, and this case feels in the destruction area even in today, because it has left the city of Pripyat one of the most horrifying museums in history, and the things in the city are just like people left it during the evacuation. In that area are mutated animals and the people who were involved that catastrophe is getting mutated children and they are afraid of cancer. and many of them have died in that symptom. There are still many open questions about, what happened in that night, and one of them is, why that test was done?

The official explanation of the accident was the test what was failed. The test what caused the accident was the test of the diesel generators self-starting in the case of a simulated accident. Or was the purpose of the test prove, that the diesel generators could replace the nuclear reactor in the short period use and if the reactor would be used to produce nuclear bullets that rime would be enough for taking bullets out from the reactor and if that thing would be successful, the taking out those plutonium or uranium bullets were not noticed in the other places like the observation room of the electric circuit  .

Or was it something more than just uranium or plutonium bullets? Was the test made for testing the use or uranium in the particle accelerator or the ion cannon? The idea of shooting the uranium ions by using the particle accelerator would make the most incredible weapon in the world. Those ions would shoot through the walls of nuclear reactors and nuclear weapon storages and they could destroy the warheads in the storages. Or those uranium or plutonium ions can be used in the most advanced version of the assassination weapon, what have ever created. The nuclear particles can shoot to any target, and if they hit the person, that causes very aggressive cancer, what can form by any form inside the victim's body.

There is a very well known thing that in the Soviet Union the scientists created the most utopist weapons in the world, and one of them was the nuclear tank, what has based the same idea with the turbine tank. The idea of the nuclear tank is that there would be a nuclear reactor on the top of the tank and that device would be used as the "nuclear flame thrower", what can open the lines of the NATO troops simply by targeting the radioactive particles from the nuclear reactor to the enemy. But the more advanced version based the idea that inside the tower of the tank.

The idea was that the tank would be equipped with a small size nuclear reactor, and in the place of the cannon would install the particle accelerator, what would target the beam of the nuclear particles in the same point. The idea was to use the internally shot electron- or beta rays with the positive loaded alpha particles, and that thing was able to keep the ray in the direct form. The opposite polarity of those particles sucks them together.

And the KGB had got the idea to create the portable version of that thing. The device would look like a hoover, but in the body would be the tank of helium, and that gas would shoot through the electrodes or electric arc, and that allows to create the portable ion weapon, and if those ionized helium nuclei would travel inside the radio wave, that would keep the alpha ions together. The particle accelerator would be in the handle along with the radio transmitter. That thing would be a very deadly weapon, and it can give a similar effect, what the nuclear reactor gives to target.

Maybe those things are actually rumors, and the reason for exploding the Chernobyl was, what is written in the public reports, there is a couple of things, what has no explanation. Why firemen were not equipped with radiation protective suits? So did they know that Chernobyl was a nuclear power plant? The level of temperature and radioactivity was extremely high, and that means that those men died in a couple of hours, and the thing in this action of the firemen is that when they came to that area, didn't they know about the radioactivity or that the burning thing was the graphite, what makes extremely high temperature.

When we are looking at the explosion of the Chernobyl, what happened on April 25-26th. at 1.23 am. we can say that this accident happens in every night in somebody's home. The genetic mutations in the area are really scary, and there are also mutations in the children's genomes, who are born as the children of the victims of that accident. There are many things, what are causing the rumors, that the Chernobyl was something else than just the electric power plant. One of those things is that the Soviet state hides the evidence and denied the accident at first.

The Soviet way to inform those cases is one of the things, what causes the rumors, and the things, what happened to the person, who got a very big dose of radioactivity was the stories that some of them were just melted because the DNA of the cells have been broken that way, that the cells could not produce the protein core. Some of the victims died in the infections, which were caused because the skin cells and bacteria what protects the body was lost.

All around the world is vanishing people, while they are hiking in the forests, and there are many mysteries about them. Some of those cases are homicides because the bodies have found in terrible condition, and the thing has been mentioned some mentally disturbed people, who have faced the psychosis or some else mental condition, what causes violent behavior.

One of the thing, what might cause that kind of disturbed behavior and extreme violence against normal people would be the thing, what is known as "war psychosis". In that condition, the person starts to believe being in the war, and that causes the violence when that person starts to ambush the normal people in some jungles. The thing in this kind of psychosis and stories is that when a person comes from the war, many veterans face mental disorders.

Those disorders are caused because of traumatic stress, and those people have a problem to get back in normal life, and that thing causes isolation, which will make the mental disorders worse. And then that person would sometimes move in the jungle, and there the reality and feedbacks would become worse. The thing is that those persons need help before something bad will happen. The mental disorders like PTSD might cause the violation, and the traumatic stress is similar in all cases of violence.

The PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) is similar to soldiers, law enforcement and regular people regardless are they targeted by violence or accident. The thing is that the person would leave without help after that kind of case can cause hate and violence. The thing is that after the serious accident and loss of the important person might cause the situation, that person is extremely vulnerable to the hate writings.

Especially in the case, where the other part of the accident would not be arrested and justified in the court of law would the victim start to believe that the driver of the car was some kind of member of the group of minorities. And in some cases, a victim of the accident start to think that every member of the society of minorities is made that thing in purpose. The case where somebody has faced the terror, where some car has taken the family member or something like that, the people of the radical groups might explain the thing, that the driver was a member of the group of minorities.

Straight after the accident, the person would very vulnerable and the things like radical groups might make a very strong influence for that person. After losing the important family member the person starts to find the support from the groups of the people, and the problem will be the mind of the human being works that way that the person starts to believe, that those drivers were released because they were members of the minority group.

If the support what is given to that kind of persons would be wrong, the result will be in the worst case the violence. And in the worst situation for the victim who loses the family members is that that only person, who has been contacted to that inmate, who has left alone.

That kind of cases can cause violence. In some shootings, the death of another part of the relationship has caused the violence, because the inmate, who has left behind has seen the other person as the "brake". That other part would give the reason to not do that thing, what would be the most aggressive and traumatic, what the man can ever imagine. The reason for violence is not justifying those actions. And the thing is that most of the people would not make those violent actions is also the real thing.

The mass shootings are a really extraordinary crime, but we know that the war would expose to that thing. And another thing what would grow the risk that person will harm another inmate in purpose is looking at the violent movies in the environment where the violence is tolerated. Also, the cases, when some people who have terrorized some inmate who seem like being in some ethnic group would raise the risk of violent behavior, what is targeted to that group.

The thing about "Futuro house"

"Futuro" was the futuristic house from the 1960s. It was designed by the Finnish architect  Matti Suuronen with his crew. Rest of the names of personnel, who took part in that project you may see from the Wikipedia article, what is linked below this text. This house looked like some kind of UFO, and the material of that house was normally plastics.

The thing in that house was that it was really easy to transport if the person, who bought it had a helicopter. That allowed to transport that house to any place on Earth in one piece. And that ability gave an idea to use this kind of house as the base for scientists in the distant areas, and that thing made that house very interesting.

But there is another detail about that house, what is the plastic architecture masterpiece, and that thing is that the same form can use in the underwater and space bases, what is planned to use in the colonization programs. The thing is that the "Futuro" can drop from the airplane to a certain point of the ocean, or as I said that thing can shoot to the moon by using a rocket.

That same structure can drop in the planets like Mars and Venus by using parachutes, and the thing is that the thing what would be the difference in the structures, what is used in the underwater and space or low-pressure conditions in the direction of opening the door or airlock. When the pressure of outside is lower, the door or the hatch must open inwards, because the pressure would press the door to the frames.

And if the pressure is higher in the outside of the hatch it must open to outwards. The knock rule of this kind of things is that the hatch must open to the direction of the pressure. One interesting detail is that if the hatch has two doors, what are opening inwards and another would open outwards that thing can operate underwater and space conditions.  The small-sized cabin would be pumped empty or fill the water like that the air will be pumped in the bottle for reuse, and if there is separated airlock would that make easier to install things like computers in the cabin if the station is in some underwater conditions.


This base could also be used in the jungles, where it would equip with the feet, what would be covered by using Teflon, which is a very slippery material, which denies the bugs allow to get in that base. The energy would get from various sources, depending on where that base would be installed. The choices can be fuel cells, capillary turbines, especially in the underwater conditions, solar panels or small radio-thermal generators, in the space versions.

And that allows making the aircraft, what can shoot to the target area by using a rocket, and then this vehicle would operate as a submarine, and then this thing can fly away like normal aircraft. That thing could be like some B-2 bomber, what have the two side doors and the propellers. The turbines can be covered by using waterproof hatches, or if the fuel injection to the combustion chamber would be stopped, and the aircraft would start to use fuel cells under the sea, the thing is that the turbine can also be used to "fly" undersea conditions.

The idea of this thing is "stolen" from the Soviet attempt to create SB-2 bomber, what could operate as well as the aircraft and submarine. Or the "flying submarine" can be equipped with the ramjets, which can also be used as electromagnetic drive, what is similar to WARP, but the voltage, what is used will be lower, and this MDD drive would give the possibility to use the ramjet engine as well as the undersea drive system.

Cosmonaut Vladimir Kovalyonok saw a finger-sized object orbited Salyut VI, and that cosmonaut saw that object, but he didn't have time to take the picture about that object. The case happened May 5, 1981, and it is quite strange because the shape of the object was not mentioned, and the question is, what was the strange thing about this object anyway? When we are thinking about the things like Salyut VI space station, that kind of object has the mass, and they pull objects to them as well as the natural objects and particles do.

The thing is that this kind of objects can be almost everything from the icicle and chocolate bar to the toothpaste tube and tampon. And without a photograph is impossible to say anything about the object, and "the finger size" can be everything. The lost in the golden flame or flash can be actually the sun, what was back of the object, and that is a very interesting thing. But there is, of course, theories that this system was some kind of nanotechnological or miniaturized camera, what was created for spying other satellites. The system would be actually the surveillance camera, what was used by the FBI or some other police organization, and in that case, the device would be covered by using the radiation protective material, what mission is to protect the film inside that camera.

In the books and the Internet is stories that USA and Russia have miniaturized spy satellites for the spying the orbiting satellites. Those small size satellites are basing the technology what is used in the small size spy cameras. They would be released from the other satellites, and they can orbit their target, and when the mission is done, those miniature satellites would send the signal that the film ends, and the other satellite would take them back to tank or hangar.

Then it can send those photos to Earth by using the capsule or take the film out of the camera, and photograph it with the telex, and send that data to Earth. The use of film would deny the need to communicate straight to satellite, and that makes difficult to notice those systems, what are going near the targeted spacecraft, take the microfilms and then they will escape.

In the cases that the computers would not able to use, the timer can synchronize the mission. The normal clock or timer would control that mission, and the satellite can use solid fuel rockets for evasion maneuver. Or it can be hanging in the head of the extremely long nylon rope, and the return of that film can happen by using a winch, what is installed in some other satellite. In the modern era, those miniature satellites can use CCD cameras and digital technology for transferring the data to the relay satellite and then to Earth.

That kind of communication systems might use the lasers for sending the data, and use of relay satellite will cover the transmitting. The thing is that the modern era has a little bit more advanced methods to get information than in some 1980s satellites, which might use the conventional analogical controlling technology.

When we are thinking the personality of Stanley Kubrick that man created things, what would not be allowed in today.  That man was known as the very remarkable and "different" movie director, and that man and his team made very unique things in his movies. One of the most well-known examples of that man genius ideas is the movie "Clockwork orange", what is the same type of masterpiece as the "2001 Space Odyssey" is. In the "Clockwork orange" is the scene, where the main character sits on the chair and on his head has the crew installed the electrodes.

The thing is that thing was to happen under local anesthesia, where the main character sits on the chair and the spacers, what purpose was to keep the eyes open were installed in the eyes. Stanley Kubrick was well known about his unique genius way to think and experimentally directed movies, what are portrayed the great genius of the film making.

The pain after that was horrible, and the person, who portrayed the main character just hit his head to the wall. There was a thing, that this kind of actions would not be allowed anymore. But the real thing is that those electrodes can cause horrifying pain in the people to head if they are used the wrong way. And one of the most horrifying methods of extortion is to stimulate the pain centers of the brains, and that kind of extortion would not leave marks to the victim. When we are thinking about the risks of that kind of things, we are thinking that this kind of things would not happen to us.

And that kind of way to think is dangerous because the operator can use that method in the front of the people in the worst cases the electrodes would make electric arc inside the brains of the victim. If those electric arcs would be targeted in the areas, what is controlling the own will, that system can transform the victim to person, who has not own will. If that area of the brains would be destroyed by using the radio waves, what are crossing in that point, we can create the "zombie", what has not the will, and that thing makes that person the robot.

The next chapter is the thing, what is not meant for loan anybody's reputation. The text is basing the thing, that the death of the public person causes always some kind of rumors, what might not be true. The rumors, what are not confirmed are telling that Kubrick had relationships with MKULTRA-project, but there is no evidence about that, and if you are looking for a historical fact about this thing, you might let the rest of this text to be without notice.

But as you see, you might read it, if you want, or let it rest in peace. The thing, what caused those rumors is that the actor, who played the main character in that movie Malcolm McDowell had terrible pains after filming that scene, what I wrote at the beginning of the text, and the behavior of Kubrick was that he did not care at all anything. The only thing what interested Kubrick was when they could return to work and the theory is that the electric system was used unauthorized by the director and his staff. The thing is that only the cynicism of Kubrick was real.  And other details would be the production of the imagination.

The scene or period has caused the rumors and "conspiracy theories" about the death of Stanley Kubrick. The idea of those stories about potassium chloride injection in the year 1999 is probably told for getting publicity. Some people have claimed that Kubrick directed the film material for MKULTRA, but those persons have nothing proves about that.

Or it has just raised in some restaurants, where people are sitting and talking together. There is not proves about the murder of that director, and the cause of the death was a natural heart attack, what is the symptom of the potassium chloride injection. There is a thing, what has caused this theory, and that thing is that the head of MKULTRA project Sidney Gottlieb died also in the circumstantial, what is feeding some kind of theories about the murder. And that is the suicide by jumping out of the hotel room and smashing on the street.

High flying stratospheric aircraft can be a deadly surprise for any target in the world. It can be used in the operations as the laser platform, what can aim the laser-guided weapons to the target, or shoot them down by using the DEW:s (Directed Energy Weapons). The thing is that modern smart bombs are deadly even they are small sized, and if the aircraft like U-2 or "Global Hawk" drone would be equipped even with small size GPS-bomb, can they be deadly against almost any target in the world.

Even if the smart bomb size is less than 100 kilograms, they would cause a horrifying situation, if they are hitting the enemy headquarters. That means that the miniature anti-tank guided bombs can also use in the strategic missions, and they can be dropped to oil refineries, and ammo dumps as well in the enemy radio stations.

But those aircraft can also have cannons, what are equipped with anti-tank grenades. The use of those gunships could be that they can shoot the targets like other aircraft in the airborne, or nail them on the runways, and in some rumors, the CIA has been created the special cannon, what uses 25-30 mm cartridge, but the projectile would be like a normal bullet and the idea is that this high flying gunship could play that the snipers are slipped in the area.

I don't know how successful those weapons would be, and has anyone of them really installed on the U-2 or TR-1 aircraft, but the new Predator-III drones has the laser, what has been got the improvisation from those CIA gunships, what mission would be fly above other aircraft, and shoot them down from above by using cannon fire.  In fact, if one single 30 mm. HEAT (hollow grenade) would hit any aircraft, would that cause the destruction of the targeted aircraft. If the cannon would have an electric mechanism, that can shoot the single shots or series of grenades.

When we are thinking about the laser, that have boon installed in Predator III and probably in Global Hawks, that laser's primary mission would destroy the incoming missiles, and the targeting that system would happen by using the thermal image of the missile. The thing, what makes this process quite easy is that the rocket motor leaves the very bright thermal image. In some rumors, two carbon dioxide lasers would be in installing opposite ways in the body of the Global Hawks, and that allows them to target the 360 degrees area under the aircraft.

The nickname of those drones could be "Tarantella hawk". The laser ray would conduct to the target by using mirrors, which makes possible to use larger and more powerful lasers. Those high flying drones can fly above other aircraft and shoot them with those directed energy weapons, what can cut the wings off the aircraft. And under the F-22 and F-35 interceptors is planned to install a semiautomatic version of this system.

This laser can also installed in bombers and Lockheed-Martin HAA (High-Altitude Airships) and other Blimps, what can control the atmosphere around some city. That airship can hang in the sky, and shoot the cruise missiles down by using lasers or microwaves, what are other suitable weapons for DEW (Directed Energy Weapons). That laser can destroy the incoming missiles or other targets independently or it can be controlled by the pilot. The modern computer technology can allow using the image recognition systems in that weapon, which can target it in any hostile object, what that thing sees.
