Narrow corridor in our life. (Narrow Corridor Part 2)



Our life is like a narrow corridor. There is a line. And at the sides of that line are rooms. The line or great room between those rooms is the life itself. In that room is the beginning. And the final door is waiting for us. The greatest paradox in life is that the only certain thing in that corridor is the end. The length of that corridor is not described. 

So we know only that there is an end. In that corridor, we can only make choices that are allowed by law. If we want to stay free. In the real world, there is no absolute freedom. When somebody takes too much freedom that takes the person to jail.

The beginning of that corridor is the birth. And the door that is opposite to us is the death. The rooms at the sides of that corridor are points where we spend some time in our life. Those rooms are schools, marriage, and other things that are connecting with our life. In every single room is two doors. And when we are stepping into those rooms we will step out from them. 

The reason why I say that life is like a corridor is that we ever have free will to make choices. We can select things like high education but it takes something away. But we can select the life of an uneducated person. And that also takes something from our life. There is the possibility that we are easier to hire. But we are also easier to kick out of a job. So the corridor is like the route or line. 

When we are finishing elementary school we choose the line. And believe me, there is no perfect choice in our life. When we are stepping into those rooms around that corridor we don't know what is in that room. We know that there is something that affects us. Those rooms can be positive, like education. Or they can be negative, like being in prison.

Being in prison is like the fine ring. It spends time. And the corridor of life has a limit. When a person has been 10 years in prison, there is no way to get those years back. The thing is that life might seem clear, but it's full of surprises. Disappointment can turn into wonderful happiness. The person who has been so-called zero can turn to somebody. 

There is a possibility that the person who ever spoke with anybody invented the new natural law. Or the nerd from the back seat invents the new type of artificial intelligence. Or person who ever learns to program writes some philosophical bestseller and becomes a new literature version of Andy Warhol the cult person whose autograph queued. And whose ideas are repeated time after time? Those things might feel great. Or that's what I think.

Narrow corridor in democracy.



When you are the leader of the company. All that is needed is to remember that the leader represents stakeholders. At the national level, the leader represents the people. But then we must understand that the term "people" means different things. The problem is that benefit of a nation and its people might be different from what people want. The private company can kick their workers out. 

The state must take care of them until they get new work. But the state cannot kick people out. And even if the person ever pays taxes the state must take care of them. 

What if people want something, that is against the long-term benefit of the nation? The populists are the people who are promising short-term benefits. Things like refusing to pay back international loans can seem very nice things.

But the problem is this, who gives investments to a nation that will not pay back its loans? There is the possibility that the World Bank will not ask for those loans back. Then all other nations will want that they will get free money. And even in the case of the World Bank, there are limits on the money that this organization controls. Even the largest international organizations have limited resources. And the need for free resources and gifts is always without limits. 

The Narrow Corridor is a book that is telling about freedom and democracy. Democracy is like a narrow corridor where people must follow the laws or they are in trouble. The biggest threat to democratic institutions like freedom of speech and freedom to publish are people who misuse those rights. The paradox of democracy is that authoritarian organizations are protecting freedom.


But the worst threat to democracy is democracy itself. There are lots of nations in the world that are democratic. The power is in the hand of the majority.  But the majority is attacking the ethnic minorities.


Democracy is like a narrow corridor. If things like demonstrations are crushed by using a massive police force. That thing will drive the entire society to the path there is no return. When we think about a democratic government that cannot fulfill promises that thing causes demonstrations. But should the democratic government refuse to order new elections? 

Should it use police force in the case that it failed? Or otherways, how large-scale demonstrations should be needed, that the government should resign? There is always the possibility that the government says that there is only a couple of people on the streets. And the majority still supports its actions. 

In business life leaders of the groups are responsible only to the company's owners. In the private sector, the number of shares means who is a person, who controls the company. The directors of the companies operate between stakeholders and workers. 

The purpose of those directors is to act as a shield for the stakeholders. And director's mission is always to supervise the benefit of stakeholders. 


Groups and narrow corridor


We are always facing things that the leaders of the groups are making decisions. And everybody must follow those orders. The narrow corridor means that the henchmen have no freedom to do anything without following certain formulas. 

When we are putting it all on one card, that means we are putting everything into that project. When we are putting all our resources into some project or some choice, we have a very small possibility to take another course if something goes wrong. In economics, we can say that we have a narrow corridor. If something goes wrong we cannot take another route. So narrow corridor means that there is only one allowed way to act. 


Why do some people choose narrow corridors rather than wide corridors? 


The wide corridor means that the person who makes decisions is leaving the resources also for something else. The narrow corridor means that there is only one accepted way to act. If all resources are not put into supporting the goal. That means the profits would not be so high. In but same way the losses in the case of failure would be higher. 

One of the reasons why the controllers are not pulling back is that they must confess that project was not successful. So they want to put a little bit more resources into operation or project and then they hope that tomorrow that thing will turn successful. 

The narrow corridor means this. When a leader makes some kind of decision. That leader wants to make the thing. There is nobody who the leader must-hear. Advisors are advisors, but their pieces of advice are only advisory. And the leader must not follow them.

The economics and environment.

 



Things like delivery robots are important for making something interesting. When marketing people offer products, their job is to make the product interesting. That people will click them or touch them. The image of the robot makes homepages interesting. People are always interested in high tech. 

And when some new services like home delivery are marketed to customers. The first challenge is to make people click the homepage. Homepages are making products that customers use interesting looking. But they are also making some marketing areas interesting. 

Economics is not an independent thing. The economic conditions are connected to the will to invest in the country. And when we are looking at things. That is looking good from the point of view of investments. Investors are afraid of things like dictatorship, corruption, and authoritarian governments. Also, areas that promise nothing cause investors are not interested in that kind of thing. 

When an investor gives money to some project, that person wants something for that money. Things like ethics in the production and value chains also mean very important. And in the time of the internet, the data is traveling very fast. And if there is some kind of problems with ethics in the production plants that causes problems in the markets. 

Bad economics causes a whirl that rises corruption makes authoritarian touch possible. Finally causes the nation falls into dictatorship. And when the nation turns to open dictatorial. That makes investors escape from that area. 

The image of the area means very much in modern marketing. If some products are made in areas. That is not good for the image. That means nobody buys them.

Marketing plays a big role in sales. If nobody buys the product. That thing means that the factory will bring losses. And sooner or later the investor must decide to close the factory. That means the investor takes the money away from that area. 

And the investors are bringing their money to the areas because they want to sell products to customers. If investment will not bring value and profit the investor will take money out from the area. If that investor is the central actor that can cause a chain reaction. And lots of investments can lose in a short moment. That causes inflation and destroys economics. 

The main effect of destroyed economics is that the society turns unstable. That accelerates things like brain leaks to more stable countries. And then the most innovative people are leaving the area. And that causes problems for new startups. 


But how to call investors? 


The key element is that we must sort, out what kind of jobs and economics we want to make? We can, of course, make a business environment where are a lot of low-tech companies like hamburger restaurants. But then we can think that there. Is some other way to make the business area interesting. 

If we want to call high-tech industry to some region, we must make that area addictive for that kind of companies. Things like universities that offer high education are good places. Where tomorrow's professionals can get there at least basic skills. 

But another thing is that education is a good moment to familiarize the environment where schools or educational faculties are. The thing is that higher technology and artificial intelligence are interesting things. 

If we want to make a sewing shop or garment factory. That thing might be very big news. But if we want to make a garment factory where robots are making the work, we might get also more positive publicity. 

The main problem in manned garment factories is the poor salary of those workers. The thing is that the robot factories are an elegant way to make ethical business. The problem is that in markets their highest quality-price relationship wins. But the problem with production costs is that the low production costs mean low salaries. 


A bad economic situation causes untrustworthy conditions. 


The problem is how to fit low production price and low selling price together with an image of the product? Low production prices mean poor salaries. And that thing is one of the biggest problems in markets. Even if we would transport our factory to some cheap land, we must realize that there is something that keeps salaries low. 

And that thing is bad economics. Bad economics is making society unstable and violent. That means there is a danger that a person will get physical injuries because of some robberies. And bad economics is the thing that causes low education. Low education makes people susceptible to populists that are offering a simple medicine for that kind of economic situation.

Those things are refusing to pay loans, hiring more people to the army, and finding outside enemies. Also, corruption makes investors afraid of that area. Corruption is the thing that makes investors fear things like arbitrariness. 

Why Kaliningrad area is so important to Russia?

The thing that causes a crisis in Kaliningrad is the location of that city and naval base. When the Soviet Union was gone in 1992 Russia lost all other Baltic bases than Kaliningrad. Another naval base at the Baltic Sea is at St. Petersburg. The naval base is located at the fornix of the Gulf of Finland and the route to that base is very narrow. The distance between Helsinki, the capital of Finland. 

And Tallinn the capital of Estonia is about 70 kilometers. And that means the troops can close that sea route quite easily by using missiles and long-range torpedoes. Another thing is that the reconnaissance systems like hydrophones and underwater cameras can observe ships and submarines when they try to go to the open sea. 

The location of Kaliningrad is on the straight coast of the Baltic sea. The naval base cannot be closed so easily. And ships and submarines can slip to the open sea easier than from St. Petersburg. The location makes Kaliningrad a more suitable military base than St. Petersburg. But the problem is that Kaliningrad is like an island. The remote part of Russia. And all cargo between the Russian mainland and Kaliningrad is going through Lithuania. 




The location of Kaliningrad makes it possible that the missiles and aircraft in that area can strike very fast against NATO troops in Central Europe. 

During that period those cargos are under observation of NATO intelligence. Another way to transport equipment from St. Petersburg to Kaliningrad is to use cargo airplanes or sea routes. Those routes are more expensive than using railroads. But secrecy and security are better guaranteed in sea cargo. 

The Kaliningrad base can cause problems in the future. The reason for that is that the naval base is extremely important to Russia when it guards its interest in the Baltic Sea. We can see that there is a risk that the situation that launched the war in Ukraine can repeat in Kaliningrad. At the beginning of the Ukrainian crisis was the role of Sevastopol naval base at Krim peninsula. 

Sevastopol is one of the key elements to control the Black Sea and the oil and gas routes to Europe. This is the reason, why Russians supported the separatists of Krim and wanted to connect that area to Russia. The Kaliningrad naval base plays a similar role in the Baltic Sea. It allows service and combat ships along with recon units can break to the sea and operate on the coast of Denmark and Germany. That base allows the natural point for recon airplanes and ships. They are traveling across the Baltic coast from Kaliningrad to St. Petersburg.

Question about the survivability of drones against the anti-aircraft systems.

Some Ukrainian operators criticized drones and say that those systems would not survive a long time because Russians transported effective anti-aircraft systems to the front. A drone is so-called loitering ammunition. 

It is a similar tool to submarines and other aircraft. The idea is that the system stays undetected. If the submarine is detected, it's easy to destroy. Same way, aircraft is easy to destroy if some weapons are targeted and locked to it.

The laser systems above are meant for manned aircraft. But drones can use similar systems. 

Drones are easy targets for anti-aircraft missiles if they are detected. This is the thing that people must realize. The use of drones bases that the drone itself is undetected. So the drone is so-called loitering ammunition. The purpose of it is to be hard to see, and easy to destroy. But then we must ask one question: why do the Russians transport effective anti-aircraft systems to the front only now? 

The drone flies slowly. And it's easy to jam. So it should be an easy target for combat helicopters and aircraft. So why Russians didn't shoot those Bayraktar drones down? if they are easy targets. When we are thinking about the survivability of the drone, we must understand that there is the possibility that some western drones have counter-missile systems. 

That anti-missile system is like an airborne version of the Israeli Trophy system that is made to protect tanks. When the system detects incoming missiles it will shoot them by using some kind of laser or some other directed energy weapon or machine gun, that mission is to destroy or jam the incoming missiles. But the question is what drone makes those kills? Is it some kind of Bayraktar or smaller Kamikaze drones? 

The Kamikaze drones are smaller and cheaper than those larger drones. Drones like Grey Eagle are like remote-controlled aircraft. But Kamikaze drones are easier to make. They are more like some small-size cruise missiles. All drones can point the targets to artillery, aircraft, or kamikaze drones. Also, kamikaze drones can make the targeting missions. And when their fuel is ending they can dive against their target.

The dangers of 3D printers are visible.

The internet of things shows its danger when an Australian teenager printed a fully working semi-automatic assault rifle by using a 3D printer that is bought from the shop. That assault rifle is made of plastic. That thing makes it extremely dangerous because those guns can pass the regular security check of airports. 

The 3D printer can make it possible to turn any CAD image into physical merchandise. This thing is the new type of CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided  Manufacturing) robot. The 3D printer systems are more flexible than regular robots. 

In a 3D printer system, the system turns plastic or metal wires into any merchandise. And that means there are no non-necessary parts onboard. This makes 3D printers suitable for supporting spaceflight. In that case, there are no spare parts that are not needed on board. 

Things like plastic and carbon fiber can make it possible to make stealth arms. Those weapons cannot detect by using regular metal detectors. In the case of plastic, the quality of those guns is poor. But the working gun is always deadly. 

Carbon fiber can be tougher than steel. And carbon fibers are the things that can use to make a gun that has high quality and what is invisible to metal detectors. 

In the case of crimes, the working gun is enough for criminal actions. And the criminals might destroy their guns after use anyway. The 3D printers can handle carbon fiber or make metal parts that make it possible to create more high-quality weapons. The thing that makes metal-printed weapons poor is the gas bubbles in the structure. 

And if the printer operates in a vacuum. That thing solves the problem of quality. So these kinds of things are making the 3D printer technology dangerous. The next-generation weapon dealers can simply use 3D printers to make the firearms for their customers. And people like the South-American narcotics mafia might be the potential customers for that kind of stuff. 

The 3D printer technology is a bad thing in the wrong hands. There are suspicions that those systems are used also for making the illegal pirate spare parts for machines. Also, pirate scissors and other kinds of things are possible to create by using 3D printers.

The problems with Tesla vehicles are showing how difficult is to make the AI that can drive cars, especially in the city area. Especially in city areas, many variables must be noticed by programmers. If all variables are not involved in the programs. This thing causes problems with safety. Things like emergency vehicles are so-called very rare. But important things.

If the code that notices blue light is at the wrong point of the code the linear program will choose the wrong movement or table from the program code. 

The AI, and especially the autopilot AI requires a new type of programming method that are allowing the computer or the AI to take program code back if there is some kind of unexpected thing in the front of it. 

This is the major thing in AI. It would not flex in traffic. If AI sees that it has the right to drive first. The vehicle will go always first even if other vehicles are very close to it. And this is the thing. That requires very much development in the program code.

Artificial intelligence can make the diagnosis. But it can also find the things like genetic disorders that predispose things like dangerous immune defense over-reaction. 

Artificial intelligence can make a diagnosis. The AI can search for things like anomalies in the structure of the tissue. It can compare differences in many separate X-ray images and see changes in brains. Things like changes in the brain structure can tell about Alzheimer's disease or cancer. Artificial intelligence can search and connect many types of data. 


Artificial intelligence can make a connection can one individual case. Or artificial intelligence can compare multiple different cases. 


It can compare blood analysis. And also the AI can check what kind of nutrients people who have some diseases are eaten. The system can also check the use of drugs and how often a person uses alcohol. Artificial intelligence searches for common and simultaneously repeating details in the diseases. 

The system can track the origin of the things like meat and what people are eaten if they have some disease. The thing is that the AI can search billions of details from the individual cells of the person to the social relationships and way of life of those people. 


The AI can compare the DNA sequences of the people who have some symptoms. There is the possibility that immune over-reaction causes death in some cases. 


There is always the possibility that a genetic disorder causes the situation that the normal disease is deadly to some other people. Or there is the possibility that a genetic disorder causes a deadly allergic reaction. One of those cases is immune over-reaction to the bees and wasp's poison. 

That thing means. That even if the normal person can tolerate a single sting of those bugs there are people whose immune system over-reacts to that poison and causes deadly immune shock. Things like chocolate can also cause immune shock to over-reacting people. Normally those allergies cause itching. But in some cases, the immune shock would cause death.

How do politics, technology, and security effect to the world? From the global level to the individual level?






In global theatre, everything interacts. There are always connections, that people do not recognize or even think about. It's not the same thing as who has the most powerful rockets or the most powerful space programs. In the real world, everything interacts. The thing is that even if we would see the public list about things that some politician would handle during a state visit, there is always some discussions about things that are not mentioned in the public lists. 

Things, that are not on the public lists are always interesting and might involve many things that might interest the media. When we are thinking about things like Sergey Lavrov's visit to Turkey, we must remember that this man is one of the most powerful men in the Russian government. 

Those people are not moving for anything. There is always a reason for the visits of those people. And when we are thinking about the visit of Lavrov, and the behavior of the Turkish government in the NATO membership of Finland and Sweden we must remember the Russian benefit. 

There are always many connections in those visits. In international politics, everything interacts. And even two or three large-scale things might seem independent, we must remember that those things are part of a larger entirety. In the case of Russia, Finland and Sweden are the nations that are close to Russia. But does Russia resist the NATO membership of those states? 

The things whar Russia would do. What Russia wants to do, and where its capable might have a big difference. And then what Russia does in real life might have no connection with the things that it wants or what it should do. Threats and aggressive politics about that state caused Finland and Sweden to leave their NATO application. The Russian success in Ukraine costs its reputation. 

Fear makes nations buy weapons. And small states fear more than large states. The thing is that the conflicts are always causing fear also in the mind of individual people. There could be many people who would not accept the sanctions against Russia. But those people must follow public opinions. And public opinion means lots of things today. 

The boycotts can fall on even the large companies. And because people are supporting Ukraine in its fight against invaders. Even large companies must follow the public opinions. We know, that some people think that economical reasons are a good excuse to stop boycotts. 

But the problem is that the brutal war in Ukraine causes the situation that boycotts must continue until Putin steps away. People who are involved in boycotts might never visit Russia because we all know that the FSB doesn't forget those things. The people who left Russia when that state attacked Ukraine. Should understand that Putin will not forgive this. But we must support forces of freedom even in the cases that we would lose our comfortable or we must make personal sacrifices.

Ukraine got military aid from the western alliance. And one of the key elements in that aid is the GPS homing grenades. Those very highly advanced grenades can adjust to detonate at a certain altitude and they are the most effective precise guide ammunition that artillery has ever used. 

The GPS must just have the information of the location of the target and the new systems can update that position very rapidly. So the modern GPS-guided grenade can also hit moving targets. The GPS systems that are connected to Javelin and other modern antitank weapons allow to shoot off those missiles over buildings and hills and the shooter can remain unseen. 

The GPS will guide the missile at the beginning of the trajectory. And then the optical seeker will start to search for targets. The fact is that the NATO or the controller of the GPS systems can observe every single GPS-guided weapon that is used in Ukraine. That means NATO can control where Ukraine uses those weapons. 

The microchips that are used in those GPS-guided grenades must resist a very powerful acceleration. The extremely powerful acceleration causes problems with the microchips. And that means the structure of the microchips must be very strong. Or they will crack. 

The problem with the imported microchips is that their molecular structure is well-known. There is the possibility that acoustic weapons will target those microchips. In that case, the resonance will crack those microchips. 

The weakness of the Ukrainian defense is that it cannot attack the Russian territory. The Russian side can make troop transportations and move the equipment from the Russian territory. So the Ukrainians cannot strike the airfields that are deep inside Russian territory. And the second thing is that Ukrainians cannot destroy factories where the Russians make their equipment. 

The Russian side can attack to entire Ukraine by using missiles and strategic bombers. The Russian artillery (maybe) was used with more dummy or traditional ammunition. And they probably save the laser-guided grenades for the high-priority targets. The problem with the Russian military is the lack of microchips that are used in smart weapons. 

One problem with the microchips that are bought from outer lands is that the materials are in the opponent's knowledge. That means the opponent can point acoustic weapons to those microchips. And that causes the cracks in those microchips.

The 6G or 7G technology moves mobile telephones into history.



In the future, mobile telephones will go into history in the form of how we know them. The next-generation mobile technology allows making many new things in the mobile world that are been impossible before. The next step for mobile technology is the thing called mixed reality. 

In some versions of the mixed reality, the person wears intelligent HUD glasses. That are transmitting data to the eyes. Those screens can transmit data about sales and the train timetables. But the most incredible thing in mixed reality is the so-called BCI (Brain-Computer Interface). The thing is that the future mobile telephone can operate by using neural electricity. 

The term BCI means that the person interacts with computers by using EEG waves. The BCI technology allows technical remote viewing. If two persons are using the microchips that are developed to control prostheses they could also see and feel things that the other sees and feels. 

The robots can send everything that they hear and see to the computer screen. So things like robot gorillas can transmit information about the gorilla groups. But they can also transmit data about things like illegal hunting. The man-looking robots can operate in the deep undercover missions and send data to the control center. 

The EEG signals can be transmitted over the internet. And in the best cases, the system can project things that person sees to the computer screen. And things that a person hears can also transmit to the loudspeakers. 

The BCI system makes it possible that the person can communicate with machines without borders. The origin of the BCI systems is in the microchips that are installed in people's brains for controlling the prosthesis. But the same microchips can also control the computers. 




This system is called neuro-port. But the fact is that the BCI system will not need surgical operations. The EEG sensors that are needed in this system can wear like a hat. The system is based on the idea that a person can control computers by using intelligent HUD glasses. Decoy-effect: how do marketing specialists make people see what they want?



In marketing texts, the first image is important. That thing wakes people's interest. And makes a person want to open the marketing material. The main problem with the marketing material is simple. How to make people look at them? And how to make them buy the products that are maximizing the profit. 

So the first image wakes up interest. But also, the last image, and last words have an important role. They are the things that remain in memory. 

One thing that marketing people use when they manipulate our senses is the so-called decoy effect. The decoy effect means. That a certain product in the line raised above others.

Marketing people can make that thing by spotting light on that product. Like in the image above this text. The light is spotted at the door in the middle of the row. And that makes it easier to find. The person would choose that door where is light above it rather than other doors. 


The second image is a series of coffee cups. The last one is the largest. And the idea is that when the person sees the last cup. The image of the largest cup remains in mind. And brains believe that the price per liter is lower in the largest cup in the series. 

The last thing in the line is the largest cup. And that adjusts the brain to think about the last thing in the line. The customer says easily the "large cup". 


One of the versions of the decoy effect is the series of prices. 


Product A: Price 1,50 and quality rate 40%

Product B: Price 5,60 and quality rate 90%


The idea is that person buys a quality. Quality is the thing that concerns everybody. 


But what if the product is something like beer or ice cream?

The use of hydrogen in the propeller-aircraft opens new roads for manned, and unmanned systems.

Or they can use hydrogen tanks. Hydrogen is easy to get if somewhere is an electricity city. The electrolysis chamber is easy to install in the body of the drone or manned aircraft. So the system can create hydrogen from the water that is put in that chamber.

The solar panels and power cells can also give an extremely good range for electric aircraft. The solar panels that are installed on the body and wings of the aircraft can rotate the electric engines and propellers by giving electricity straight to the electric engines. Or they can use electricity to break water molecules in the electrolysis chambers. So in that case, the system needs only water in the tank. And then the electrolysis breaks it into hydrogen and oxygen. 

Of course, hydrogen-oxygen fuel cells can use by loading oxygen and hydrogen into the tank. That kind of system can be used, in the next-generation drone technology. The electrolysis system can use any power source. And that thing can be useful in the drones that are operating in conditions where is no petroleum. 

This kind of drone can also deliver electricity to mobile devices of the ground operators. But the hydrogen-oxygen fuel cells can make drones silent. So the next-generation drones like Turkish Akinci drones can operate from the mobile fields where the electricity can take from the solar panels or sockets. Or even the car engines can give enough power that the drone can operate.

The black box model in machine learning is the thing that should make robots learn things.



The black box model in programming means that the user doesn't see the code itself. The only needed thing is functionality. The functionality is made in artificial intelligence by using the modules. The modular program is made by using pre-programmed tables or elements that will be connected to the entirety.

The learning machines can connect the tables to their entirety. And the complicated learning machine can make large entireties and sub-entireties. Things like walking to a shop can be one entirety, and that thing means that the number of skills that artificial intelligence can do expands like a fractal. 

The thing is that a learning machine can make connections between those tables like the real nervous system makes new connections between neurons. But there is a problem with that model. Machine learning requires some values that describe the tables it must choose. There is the possibility that the programmer will drive the mission of the robot first time by using the remote control. 

Then that artificial intelligence selects tables that have the best match, with the remote-controlled operations. This is one way to make a machine learn things by using modules. Making those modules requires extremely good programmers because there is needed to describe all actions that robots are doing. 

A neural model for making human-looking robots that can make things like build houses for people is making programs for robots easier. In the neural network model, every joint has a microchip that describes what the joint must do. When the main program is ordering the robot to make something the system can call those other computers for assistance. So in this model, the programmer who works with the entirety must not describe separately what every joint of the robot must do. 

That person can operate with the final solution. Programming the joints separately requires lots of work. But in that model, the programmer who wants to program how the machine must act when it works with other humans has an easier to making commands to the fingers. There is the possibility that for every finger the processor tells sub-processors that the joint that those microchips control is needed. 

So in that case the microchips are forming a hierarchic network. And those other processors can also give calculation assistance to head processors when they have free time. In that case, the microchips are forming a hierarchic entirety that connects the main network and sub-networks to one entirety.
